Minister Radebe officially opens Statistics South Africa\u2019s new Green Building
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Minister in the Presidency responsible for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Honourable Jeff Radebe, will officially open Statistics South Africa\u2019s (Stats SA) new head office building at a ceremony to be held on Monday, 12 December 2016. The Honourable Minister will be joined by the Statistician-General of South Africa, Dr Pali Lehohla, as well as other dignitaries at this event.<\/p>\n

Stats SA joins the ranks of several other government departments that are consolidating their operations under one roof to improve service delivery and turnaround time, by relocating to this newly completed Green Star-rated building.<\/p>\n

Members of the media are invited to a media briefing which will form part of the ceremony, at which\u00a0 Minister Radebe and Dr Lehohla will provide details on the new building as well as other related issues.<\/p>\n
