Statistician-General releases capital expenditure statistics of public sector institutions<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Statistician-General of South Africa, Dr Pali Lehohla, will release the Capital expenditure by the public sector institutions<\/i> for 2014\/15 financial year. This report will provide financial statistics on the amounts spent by public sector institutions (including government departments, municipalities, universities and universities of technology, and state-owned enterprises, amongst others) on capital expenditure items such as new construction works, refurbishments and maintenance of land and existing buildings, as well as the purchase and maintenance of transport equipment. The report will also contain statistics of funds spent on leased assets and investment property by public sector institutions.<\/p>\n
