The Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which is the total value of goods and services that are produced in an economy in a certain time period, is released by Stats SA every quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The second quarter GDP figures will follow a negative growth in the first quarter of 2014, in which the real gross domestic product at market prices decreased by 0,6 per cent quarter-on-quarter, seasonally adjusted and annualised.
