The NFCM measures selected aspects of service delivery, including water, electricity, solid waste management, sewerage and sanitation, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>The report will also presents data on the number of households using the bucket toilet system in the country as reported by municipalities and those receiving free basic services (such as electricity, water, etc.).
