(<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The program returns to Durban in 2016<\/span>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brought to you by<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provincial Stats SA (Maths4stats Project) in collaboration with<\/li>\n<li>KZN Department of Basic Education and<\/li>\n<li>UKZN School of Statistics and Actuarial Science lecturers,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A set of 5 Saturday classes from 08h00 \u2013 13h30 will be on the following dates:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>31 Jan, 14 Feb, 28 Feb, 14 March and 28 March 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be presented by UKZN lecturers at UKZN Campus in Scottsville (PMB), the\u00a0<strong>free workshops<\/strong>\u00a0are based on school mathematics:<\/p>\n<p>Choose one of the three classes to attend for all 5 Saturdays:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Grade 7 \u2013 9 data handling and probability class,<\/li>\n<li>Grade 10 \u2013 12 data handling class or<\/li>\n<li>Grade 10 \u2013 12 probability and financial mathematics class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lunch will be provided freely, but candidates\u00a0<strong>travel at own costs<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTraining is open to all targeted educators in the province regardless of qualifications, but seats are limited, therefore\u00a0<strong>first come first serve basis<\/strong>\u00a0shall apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration process is as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Fill in the registration form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statssa.gov.za\/maths4stats\/documents\/Registration_Form\/Maths4Stats_KZN_Lecture_Series_Registration_Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a>\u00a0PDF 1176KB).
