Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, February 2023
Electricity generation
(production) decreased by 9,7% year-on-year in February 2023. Seasonally
adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,1% in February 2023 compared
with January 2023. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,9% in January 2023
and -5,4% in December 2022. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation
decreased by 3,4% in the three months ended February 2023 compared with the
previous three months.
Electricity
distribution (consumption) decreased by 8,7% year-on-year in February 2023.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 2,2% month-on-month
in February 2023, following month-on-month changes of 0,9% in January 2023 and
-3,9% in December 2022. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased
by 2,7% in the three months ended February 2023 compared with the previous
three months.
