Key findings: P6410 - Tourist accommodation, November 2025

Measured in nominal terms (current prices), total income for the tourist accommodation industry increased by 11,9% in November 2025 compared with November 2024


Income from accommodation increased by 13,6% year-on-year in November 2025, the result of an 8,1% increase in the number of stay unit nights sold and a 5,1% increase in the average income per stay unit night sold.


In November 2025, the main contributors to the 13,6% year-on-year increase in income from accommodation were:

  • hotels (15,1% and contributing 8,9 percentage points); and
  • ‘other’ accommodation (11,8% and contributing 4,1 percentage points).

Income from accommodation increased by 10,7% in the three months ended November 2025 compared with the three months ended November 2024. The main contributors to this increase were:

  • hotels (10,5% and contributing 6,0 percentage points); and
  • ‘other’ accommodation (11,8% and contributing 4,3 percentage points).

Seasonally adjusted income from accommodation increased by 0,5% month-on-month in November 2025, following an increase of 7,3% month-on-month in October 2025.
