Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, October 2025
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 5,2% year-on-year in October 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,4% in October 2025 compared with September 2025, following month-on-month changes of -1,3% in September 2025 and -1,1% in August 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 2,5% in the three months ended October 2025 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 7,2% year-on-year in October 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,4% month-on-month in October 2025, following month-on-month changes of ‑2,5% in September 2025 and -1,1% in August 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 3,4% in the three months ended October 2025 compared with the previous three months.
