Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, September 2025
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 5,7% year-on-year in September 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,2% in September 2025 compared with August 2025, following month-on-month changes of -1,1% in August 2025 and 0,1% in July 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,5% in the third quarter of 2025 compared with the second quarter of 2025.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 7,9% year-on-year in September 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 2,5% month-on-month in September 2025, following month-on-month changes of -1,1% in August 2025 and 0,6% in July 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 2,2% in the third quarter of 2025 compared with the second quarter of 2025.
