Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , February 2026
Annual national residential property price inflation
was 7,7% in February 2026, an increase from a revised 6,8% in January 2026. The
residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,9% month-on-month in
February 2026.
