Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , January 2026
Annual
national residential property price inflation was 7,8% in January 2026, an
increase from a revised 7,2% in December 2025. The residential property price
index (RPPI) increased by 0,7% month-on-month in January 2026.
