Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , May 2025
KEY FINDINGS AT MAY 2025
Annual national residential property price inflation was 6,1% in May 2025, an increase from a revised 5,8% in April 2025. The residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,5% month-on-month in May 2025.
