Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , October 2025
KEY FINDINGS AT OCTOBER 2025
Annual national residential property price inflation was 6,8% in October 2025, an increase from 6,3% in September 2025. The residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,7% month-on-month in October 2025.
