Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , August 2025
Annual national residential property price
inflation was 5,8% in August 2025, an increase from a revised 5,6% in July
2025. The residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,6%
month-on-month in August 2025.
