Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , June 2025
Annual
national residential property price inflation was 6,6% in June 2025, an
increase from a revised 6,3% in May 2025. The residential property price index
(RPPI) increased by 0,6% month-on-month in June 2025.
