Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , April 2025
Annual
national residential property price inflation was 5,9% in April 2025, an
increase from a revised 5,5% in March 2025. The residential property price
index (RPPI) increased by 0,6% month-on-month in April 2025.
