Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, March 2026
The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 0,2% in the first
quarter of 2026 compared with the first quarter of 2025.
The
total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 1,7% in the first
quarter of 2026 compared with the first quarter of 2025.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 0,6% in the first
quarter of 2026 compared with the first quarter of 2025.
