number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 8,0% in the three months
ended October 2025 compared with the three months ended October 2024.

number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 6,1% in the three
months ended October 2025 compared with the three months ended October 2024.
The total
value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 5,9% in the three
months ended October 2025 compared with the three months ended October 2024.
