The
total number of civil summonses issued for debt decreased by 6,6% in the third
quarter of 2025 compared with the third quarter of 2024.

total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 6,5% in the third
quarter of 2025 compared with the third quarter of 2024.
The
total value of civil judgements recorded for debt increased by 6,3% in the third
quarter of 2025 compared with the third quarter of 2024.
